With a wealth of experience from riding and racing both locally and internationally plus spending the past 5+ years developing and delivering wattbike classes, Matt brings a life time of knowledge and ability to help riders achieve their cycling goals. Be it from your first grand fondo to a race based program, Matt is able build a program that will help you achieve your goals.

What does this cover:
1:1 initial one hour consult within Sydney metro.
Personalised program for each client which includes:
a tailored training plan for events or individual goals
adjustable weekly load based on the analysis of your data - completed each Sunday for the next training week
email support for feedback - weekly
phone support to answer any questions, provide instructions and discuss your training plan
phone support to review your training plan - fortnightly
on going data analysis with Training Peaks - training based on power
We can also offer training programs not based on Training Peaks
The program also covers:
Weekly workshops on bike skills and development of the whole rider - varying locations throughout Sydney - departure points and times available weekly
Optional extras:
Assist with setting up Training Peaks
Access to FTP testing - $30 AUD
Access to indoor studio (Velofix Rozelle) for wet weather days - 12 week pacakge is $125 AUD a month
