This form will provide twowheeltours with helpful information regarding your abilities and needs for the trip.

If you are travelling as a couple, i.e. rider and non-rider, we only require the one form for the two of you.

If you are traveling with a friend or as a couple, i.e. two riders (twin share) OR if you are traveling as a couple, ie rider and non-rider (single occupancy + a non-rider), we require one form per traveller.
